Clio III 2007 a few electrical queries

Hello

I have a few electrical related questions regarding my recently acquired Clio which is a 1.4 16v 2007 plate.

Ok, the issues:

1 the lights left on warning sound. I seem to be getting no warning if lights on when I open the door like I would usually get? I've no idea how to fix this or what might be the reason

2 fan position 4 does nothing. 1-3 are blowing but 4 is doing nothing. Any idea what might cause this and how to fix?
