So we just got a second hand Renault scenic 1.4 and I didn't notice till we got home and started to mess with all the features that something started to leak from the engine and after some investigation I found there was a pipe that has cuts in it, what I am trying to figure out is what the pipe is and what sort of price I am expecting to pay or can i do this myself?
The pipe in question is in the picture and is on the right side of the engine.
