Megane mk2 1.4 16 valve 2007

Hi, i have a megane mk2 1.4 16v 2007
needs a service too
Was rough spluttering engine moving at idle and had to hold accelerator down to stop it from stalling engine
I sprayed a little carb cleaner and engine light came on then went off
I've cleaned throttle bodie now was first time this has been done with out removing wires from it and put everything back together
now it starts without needing accelerator pedal
and doesn't stall
now have check emissions on display
Still shaking engine still misfiring
the codes I have
p0300 mutiple misfire detected
p0313 misfire with low fuel
p0110 intake air temperature circuit
P0303 cylinder 3 misfire detection
p0003 power train
any help would be appreciated
