Kangoo van service parts numbers

Hi
I'm reasonably able to service my van but need help in getting the correct parts.

I found an eBay listings with parts but when I use the 'compatibility' list all I seem to get is this.
KC0/1_[1997-2010]MPV
which I assume this is the correct information for my van?

Also is 5w30 fully synthetic oil the correct oil to use?

I have read on another post about filling the fuel filter up with diesel and once connected use the primer pump (bellow) to push the air out but do I need to crack open the injectors to allow the air out or does the filter allow the excess air out?

Hope the questions make sense.
