Hello!
I have a 2004 Renault Megane and after the HEAVY rain last week she decided to die a death on me.
We had a look on the forums/youtube/google and figured it was the fuse box next to the engine, which on closer inspection was damp/burnt out in place and mouldy - so it's obviously been getting wet a while.
I replaced the fuse box with another (albeit a second hand one) and still, no luck. The cooling fan is no longer whirring like it was but the dash still reads Electronic Fault.
A mechanic plugged it in to his diagnostics and said nothing was coming back as a fault. We tried jump starting it, as I read a few times this does the trick after switching fuse boxes. Still no luck.
The daft thing is, that although it won't start, the lights/dash won't switch off either when I try to lock the car up. So I've had to disconnect the battery.
Has anyone else had a stubborn Electronic Fault like this?!

Electronic fault - not fixed by replacing fuse box
