Espace mkIV NO DASHBOARD

Hi guys, my '05 mkIV espace won't start after cleaning the front window ( I had to hoist myself over the steering wheel), the dashboard has shown every warning light going, has also drained the battery (that's been sorted), now shows 'parking brake error' on dash, and still won't start, all I get if I'm lucky is full dashboard display, press brake & start button, almost instant clunk & dash goes to 'parking Brake off' only, no other lights other than immobiliser light.....CAN ANYONE SHED SOME LIGHT ON THE PROBLEM......
