Its gone all floppy! Door handle that is :)

Hoping someone can help me. I've had problems with the keyless entry on my Laguna coupe and last week got my local garage to change out the lock mechanism. Its sorted the problem but something isn't quite right when they've put the exterior handle back on. Its a bit loose so doesn't quite spring back to the shut position as it should. This means 2 problems:
1 - when you open the door the window drops a bit, if the handle doesn't return properly it sometimes stays open.
2 - It looks rubbish!

I'm assuming its a similar system on Meganes as the handles certainly look similar!

Garage says they tried to adjust but couldn't see any adjustments to make. I'm sure they will be happy to sort it but I was hoping to get some information to point them in the right direction. Can anyone help?
