Laguna curtersy light door switch

Hi,can anyone tell me where to find the door switch that turns on the light when u open the door,i'very looked but can't see any,it's only the drivers door that's faulty,it dosn'the show on dash display eight that the door is open ,I drive a 54 plate laguna 1.9 extreme,any help would b great ,thanks martin
