Renault Master Rear Light Cluster- Facelift Swap

I hope you dojn't mind me posting here... But I have a Vauxhall Movano (which I believe is the same as a Renault Master), and the Vauxhall forums have been of no help...

I have a 52 Reg LWB Movano/Master, recently purchased, with a broken rear light cluster...

2003 was the cosmetic facelift for this particular model...

I'd like to know, please, if anyone knows whether the Post 2003 Facelift Rear clusters would fit, or has experience of fitting them...

I live in a rural area with very few street lights, and I do actually need the reversing lights to see where I am going, and not just to indicate that I am reversing; and I've noticed that the facelift clusters have a CLEAR reversing light lens, as opposed to the opaque reddish looking one that I currently have...

Not only would they look nicer, but also improve my reversing safety.

The shape DOES look VERY similar...
