Hi, I am looking for some advice. My Megane mk2 Cabriolet 1.9 dci 131bhp 150k is in the garage due to check injection and regeneration message appearing several times. The symptoms were reduced power from the engine. The garage replaced a pressure sensor and a split turbo pipe and said passive regeneration of the dpf was failing due to these turbo vac problems. They replaced those items but then told us the Turbo had failed in the garage as a result of it being re pressurized and tested. They say to replace the turbo involves them having to remove the engine and will cost a couple of grand due to the labour involved. My question is do you have to remove the engine to replace the turbo on this FQ9 803 engine mk 2 megane cabriolet?
