Laguna ll Initiale radio problem

I recently had a new clutch fitted which meant the engine removed and refitted.

Since this time my radio does work properly, there is a continual beeping which is driving me mad then after a few minutes the radio goes off and the radio code window comes up.

I have tried disconnecting the power from the battery and re-entered the code several times but it does not clear this beeping noise or stop the radio from switching off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
