the problem is, that my dipped lights are not working anymore.
Earlier there was similar problem. It started with random disappearance dipped lights and somehow I've found that when I was moving the driving wheel up and down at some position it started to work, after some time they've stopped working again! so I've removed the steering wheel cover in front of dashboard. I've found one wire connector on right side and two on left. I've moved a little bit the wires of black on the left and 'voila!' the lights were on!

But not for long.
Now nothing helps. The full beams are OK, side lights and fog lights too. Also the dipped light indicator doesn't light on on dashboard.

Bulbs are OK, fuses are OK.
The only thing, that's left are the relays (but I have no idea where they are located, so I can't check them), connectors maybe and wires of course.
Any smart ideas or solutions would be higly appreciated :) Maybe there is some kind of roundabout way?
