2005 Renault Scenic

Hi, just wondering if anyone can help me. I have a 2005 Scenic and i am having problems with the hazards and the alarm. Everytime i stop the engine and open the drivers door the hazards start, sometimes they will switch off and sometimes i have to disconnect the battery because i cant turn them off. I noticed the other week that the hazard switch circuit board had burnt out, so i replaced it with a new switch but that has also burnt out. Not sure if related but the problem i have with the alarm is i lock the car with the keycard and it will make a high pitched noise for around 60 seconds, once that stops the alarm goes off. I currently have to lock it then disconnect the battery. Thanks in advance for any help.
