Fuel rail advice?

Hopefully the pic comes up as it's my first time posting pics but here goes

Hi, abit of advice on my crap running Clio, this fuel rail in have on my car, where the cup end is should there be any pipes or connectors on it?

A pic I found seems to suggest it does but the res was unclear as to what? Looks like a pipe of some kind connects to the passenger side of the engine somewhere?

Any advice would be great.
