hi folks, hoping you can help me with my problem, its been driving me mad. my car has the xenon headlights with separate full beam bulbs. sidelights and dipped work fine.
the full/high beam has stopped working all together, no blue dash light, nothing!
so far i have changed both bulbs, tested relays which were fine, changed the headlight stalk (from a breakers yard) but still no full beam. i have also checked the fuses which are fine but there is no power going to the full beam fuses.
do you think its likely i just picked a stalk with the same rare fault as my previous one? i know the stalks are a common failure but its usually the side lights and dipped beam that is affected.
i have put a thread over on clio sport but no one is even replying.
not sure if its worth mentioning but my front fog lights don't come on either although the dash light does come on. i haven't investigated the fogs yet as the full beam is my priority. my MOT is in a few weeks i need to get to the bottom of this.
