Okay so I noticed it was time to change the spark plugs, on my 2003 Renault Clio 1.2 16v and having bought a proper 3/8 14mm deep socket, everything was going smoothly.
This was until I took off Lead 1 (nearest the alternator) and the rubber cap that sits snugly inside the end of the coil lead, has become stuck to the spark plug. The lead is out but the cap is still attached and now I can neither get the cap off or the spark plug.
Any ideas?
