dephazer/cambelt change ? help

hi guys can someone with the world of knowledge tell me step by step destructions how to change the dephazer and cam belt also replacing the water pump and pulleys , been told its not to hard but im very old school mechanic ( not saying im very old ) but you knowledge will be very helpful to me and save me a hell of a lot of money as good old Renault want about £500 to do it :devil:
