Headrests

Hi guys. would anyone here know if the Laguna Mk1 or 2 rear headrests would fit in a 2001 facelift Megane. mine are missing and i cant find any for the megane in the local scrappy. Also if the Laguna ones wont fit would a mk2 Megane be ok to take them out of.
