Anyone know or help with a value on the other halfs car? Im not sure how to value it in its condition and I dont really want to lose a heap of money!
Its a 53 Scenic II Expression 1.6 16v
Developed a problem last week, it will start every time but if you sit and let it idle it eventually dies normally after 20/30 seconds. Had it hooked to the computer and its got no problems apparently. It does drive but does not like low revs.
I was going to weigh it in but I've reminded myself the money I spent on it for its MOT last month.
Its just had a full exhaust, tyres, bottom arms, track rod ends, wipers (£30!!!
), new window clips, heating resistor and loom.
Not a massive amount of money but enough to make me feel sick if it goes for scrap...
MOT 11 months needs Tax end of this month
Body isnt spotless as you would imagine for a car of this age, no dents but it is scratched from the little brats riding their bikes against it.
Any idea?
