Lag II Window Jam

I have a problem with my front passenger side window. It tries to go down but seems to jam. The end closest to the door mirror is not moving down as far as the other end.



I tried pushing it down at the same time as using the switch but it doesn't help at all.



I've got a picture of the bit's I can see inside the car where it fixes to the window but I don't really see how to disconnect it from the window?



I read the thread in the article section but it is seriously lacking pictures ;)
