Question regarding handbrake and tyre change

As above i have a scenic 07 plate with electronic handbrake. it has just had its mot this week and passed ok however the gararge did not do the brake tests right and i now have the dreaded check parking brake message on the dash. the garage are going to hook my car up to a clip and clear this for me.



now onto my question, i need new tyres as mine are getting low. is there a particular procedure that needs to be followed when tyres are changed in order for the parking brake message not to get tripped again?



also lets say i needed to jack the car up and spin a rear wheel by hand for some reason, how do you release the elctronic hand brake on the car with the engine off in order to turn the wheel, without tripping any errors.
