Trafic Central Locking

Hi all have recently replaced my trafic dci140 with a trafic dci115 sport lwb 58 reg

have got a few issues to sort out so i will start with this

when i press the fob to lock it the doors all lock but the alarm chirps suggesting a door is not fully closed, also i dont get any flashing from the indicators when locking but do when unlocking, also the interior lights cab & load area remain on in the central position and one last thing there appears to be no doors open red light/car on the instument cluster

i have checked the obvious doors are shut

does it need plugging in to diagnostics
