clio phase 2, rain sensor missing,SERV light on

Hi all,



just bought clio 2001, 1.2 dynamique.



SERV light on,



codes state rain sensor fault,



checked windscreen and found it had been replaced by previous owners.



Theres no rain sensor or wiring near rear view mirror,



I am not to bothered about AUTO wipers,



just want to clear SERV light.



I cleared with code reader,only to find it comes back within 60 seconds...



Is it possible to fit a resistor in place at some point:confused:



So i can try too fool the ECU/UCH.



Any ideas greatly received...
