various electrical faults on my mark II megane

Hello there, I have just bought a 2003 mark II megane 1.6 16v and it has no blower, the electric mirrors are not working but I can hear the relay clicking and the is power to them the same with the sunroof which also won't open but it tries to and the back door on one side won't lock. Looking online last night I thought it was defiantly going to be the UCH module that was the problem. But I called my local Renault garage and they said it would need a full diagnostics check as is be various things. It's 72 for the diagnostics and if I get the work done there that comes off the price. But I would have to get my mechanic to fit a second hand one if that is the problem. How likely is it that the UCH module is the problem is my question please? As very low on funds could do with saving the 72 many thanks in advance.
