Whistle when engine starts cold

Start the engine from cold and it whistles, it lasts for about 2 minutes. It starts off high pitch then fades out when the initial startup revs settle, give it some gas and it will whistle until the engine is warm.



Vacuum pipe leaking?

Belt pulley?
