let me just explain I know nothing about engines/ cars all of the info below has been collected from the mechanic looking at the car (apart from the symptoms while driving), just sick of pumping money into others pockets over this!!
have a 51 plate scenic, on starting the engine will rev at about 20, this will continue for around 15 mins before settling down to normal, whilst driving like this if the clutch is pressed it will yoyo up and down from about 15 - 30, temp sensor has been changed, idle control valve has been changed and the replacement valve has been cleaned and reset and mechanic has had a computer thing on it but it doesn't give any errors at all
any help would be greatly appreciated
