59 Clio 1.5 dci Dynamique ISSUES!!

Hi all i am currently having some issues with my clio. When ideling the revs fluctuate a little and then settle, you can here the engine note change when this happens. Also when accelerating it feels like ive lost some power? No black smoke or anything, regular servicing , fuel treatment etc. and no warning lights, has anyone experienced similiar issues?
