I know this topic is well covered on this forum and elsewhere but I just wanted to put my take on it,The missis was banging around folding the passanger seat on our 2005 Clio mk2 and managed to set off the airbag light.Now it comes on when you first turn on the ignition goes off for a split second then comes on and stays on.There are no other lights coming on.
Obviously I have jiggled around with the wires and have noticed that there is only one plug underneath the seat.The main harness goes into a plastic cover under the seat -which looks like it might be removable- and out of this comes three wires which go into a black plastic plug and then to one side of the seat and two other wires which go to the other side
Has anyone had experience of this I wondered if the plastic under the seat was removable so I could have a look if anything was adrift.Also if the fault was cleared would the light need resetting to stay off thanks in advance
