Can you install a aux on a Renault Megane 2004 or older?

I have a Renault Megane 2004 dynamique, I notice on eBay they sell aux connectors and all you have to do is turn it on on your radio, my car does not have the option to turn aux on when you press expert and go through menu. Will these cables still work or is there any other way ? Thanks
