I have a Renault Megane GT Line on a 61 plate and recently i have been having real problems getting into the drivers door. The car comes with a remote key card that up until recently unlocks the car while in the pocket and worked perfectly. Now however it has stopped working on the drivers door 90% of the time and i have to continuously press the door unlock button up to 20 times for the door to unlock. I can still get into the boot as usual and also the passenger door, its just the drivers door playing up.
Has anyone had a similar problem? Is it a simple fix or something more in depth? I really would appreciate any help or advice as i am not flush with cash right now an dont want to pay renault £80 an hour to find out.
