immobiliser problem

Anyone help on this . I changed a headllight bulb on my mk2 2002 clio tonight . Now the immobiliser light stays on and the engine wont start. If i put any lights on then the dash board lights go nuts including the immobiliser light . Now the immobiliser light goes of but stop , serv , batteryand break ones are all on
