Renault Master MOT failure

Hi my Renault Master MWB 2.5 van has just failed the MOT as they have said both parking brakes do not meet the pass mark. They have said the nearside parking brake is 165 and the offside is 232 yet on my previous MOT the van passed with 221 nearside and and 253 offside. I realise the nearside is a fail but should the offside be a fail. What is the correct figures for a pass rate.
