Renault Scenic 1.5 dci k9k, suffix 732

Hi,



So basically my car is currently sat in a garage waiting for me to source an engine, unfortunately my bottomend bearings has decided to disintegrate inside the current engine.



I've established the starter motor is at the front of my current engine and I know I need a 1.5 dci k9k replacement. And according to the mechanic the replacement engine needs to be a suffix 732.



What on earth does he mean as I have found 732 and 722 engines?
