Renault traffic T1000 speedo cable

Hi was wondering if anyone can source me? point me in the right direction? of finding a speedo cable for a 1988 2.1 diesel Renault traffic T1000, Ive tried a few parts stores but no joy. Also does the said T1000 use standard headlight bulbs as mine are really weak like candles more like...
