Scenic Grand II 2005, Instrument cluster, heater and rear window defroster....

I have a 2005 Renault Scenic Grand and now the main digital instrument cluster (speedo etc), heater AND the rear window defroster are working. Tested all the fuses and the are working. The instrument cluster went before Christmas and I sent it away for repair so the car has not been used since, just started once a week. Got the instrument cluster back this week and it still was black, and then I noticed that there was no fan or heat and no defrosting in the rear. Could all this be related or should I start replacing them to find out if it is not related? Both instrument cluster and heater are expesive to replace new, so I would like to find out if this is a known/common problem. Best regards from Norway
