I have a 2001 Scenic, all was fine before the timing belt was changed now however the car loses power, some days its fine others its not.
It always looses power when first started when the problem happens when I put it into gear then press the gas the revs drop also it only happens when cold once warmed up you wouldn't think there is anything wrong with it.
What could be the problem?
On a side note when the timing belt was changed as my dad did it, it was left over night and some rain water got into the spark plug holes, my dad got the water out and we replaced the spark plugs a few days later.
So in conclusion the problem occurs when the engine is cold, and when first started does anybody have any ideas on what this could be?
