sound system in renualt trafic sport

hi



need some help, just purchased a Renualt traffic sport and wanted to change the sound system and speakers is this possible? as when I take the radio/CD system out the sat nav doesn't work as all connected, can I upgrade so the new radio/cd player will run sat nav and a subwoofer?
