Sparking noise

Hello, I have a clio 1.2 2004, when I am driving along there is a sparking noise from inside my car somewhere and my headlights will flash on and off and the electrics will play up, also a couple of days ago I turned my main beam on and the car electrics started being funny and my speedo etc went to bottom and came back on as if my car restarted, but I was driving along, any ideas please? Thanks
