Water Leaking from the plastic coolant pipe behind the diesel pump ( ish )

Could someone tell me what the plastic coolant pipe is that goes in to the top of the engine almost behind the Diesel pump?



I am leaking water from it quite badly, it looks like it is inline with the water pump, I have no idea how to get it off, or can it be replaced without having to undo all the timing AGAIN, any advice?
