2001 Clio 2 - Matrix flush

Hi Everyone...



I have a clio 2001 1.2 16v



The heater is blowing luke warm

So... Probably clogged..



I have read other posts from people back flushing the matrix....

My problem I cant get the hoses off the matrix...A weird clip/thing..

Not any kind of hose clamp I have ever seen before...



So I thought I would follow the hoses from the matrix and disconnect them from the other end....

One is easy (attached to the thermostat hosing...

the other however goes down and attaches to this 4 port plastic coupler coming from the bottom main radiator hose... Again never seen anything like it) with no obvious way to remove the hose....



ANY help here would be very gratefully received...
