CV joint and abs ring replacements

I have had the cv joint and abs ring replaced on my 02 Clio the cv joint replacement is from an 03 model, from having theme replaced the abs light comes on after app. Half a mile and stays on, also my speed dial is saying I am going at a different speed to what I am doing! So I was driving on the motorway earlier and the speed dials said 100 mph when I was actually doing around 60/70 mph! I've been told this could be due two different abs rings with 2 different numbers of teeth so one has 30 teeth and then other 32? Has any one any idea ?
