immobliser

06 renault trafic 1.9 not starting, really unusual one here as i have no immobiliser light coming on at all and the diagnostics plug is not powering up either so cant even plug in to get some data also no central locking or indicators which would point towards the uch but have tried another uch and ecu but no difference
