Hi to all again... Just working through my bucket list ..have just removed the turbo on my 20 year old B110 Messenger... replaced the seals and bush bearings etc then had it balanced and set up ... back on and whistling dixy...
I have searched through various posts reguarding turbo removal on the mk11....but cant find any referance directly to the 2.2dci mk111 engine only a thread on the 2003 model .. I fear the next turbo may cause me a tad more stress..
So !...The big question is just how much heartache is this most loyal Mk3 2.2 dci espace going to cause me during its turbo extraction... Surely I dont have to fully remove the engine ...??..
I had thought it may be possable to just drop it a little to access the turbo.... Can anyone advise me that may have had experiance in this job ... A currently most needed vehicle and cant afford it off the road too long...
