MOT - 3 issues with brakes

Hi all,

I searched the forum but couldn't find the answers I am looking for.

Today I took the car for the MOT here in Austria and there were 3 problems that need to be fixed in order to pass the retest, all of them related to brakes.

I would be grateful if any of you could indicate what may be involved in each job/how much you would expect to pay in the UK (a price range)/whether the potential fixes are big or small jobs etc. Basically any information that will help me not get ripped off by a mechanic :d

The car:

Renault Scenic 1.4 16V 1999

The problems :

1. Front brake discs corroded on the inside. I think it's time to replace them...?

2. During the brake test (I think) after progressively increasing braking to the maximum, one of the rear brakes does not release (there are drum brakes not discs on the rear of the car).

3. Handbrake has little effect on one side (one wheel):

Left: 0.4 kN

Right: 1.6 kN

Cheers!
