Yesterday I replaced the gasket on the rocker cover as my old one was compromised and losing oil through the 'seal'. Since I've put everything back together it's taking longer for my engine to fire when it starts. Turns over fine but takes about twice as long as normal for the engine to fire.
I've double checked everything has been reattached correctly. I doubt it's anything obvious as last November/December I had glow plugs replaced, fuel filters done, the whole head skimmed and cleaned out as I was having compression issues and it has run fine since.
Any ideas?
