Changing Kangoo engine

Hi all New user hope i post this right. I have a x reg kangoo 1.9d van that is slowly dying but has a good engine and box, i've just bought a 2001 1.9d kangoo Authentique Mpv, will changing the engines be straight forward or is this going to be a head ache?? :crazy: will the engine and box come out together out the top?? any more info would be great.:d O on the MPV the central locking didnt work nor did the inside switch pulled the plastic trim off round the gear stick and the red plug was plugged in not the brown one switch these round and it now works fine :d but my question is what is the red plug that doesnt seem to have a home for??:confused:
