Clio ‘pulses’ while driving

Hi all - not exactly sure where to post this problem, but I’ve noticed my 2001 1.2 16v Clio ‘pulses’ while driving - it’s not a fuel issue but I suspected something bent or damaged by a previous owner through maybe kerbing or a light accident. The alloys are perfect, tyres are good and I’ve replaced the front discs and pads. There’s no steering movement, just a pulsing that sometimes increases to very noticeable when driving. I jacked it up today and recorded a short video while the wheels were turning. Note the movement in the axle - is this normal? Any other thoughts?
