The heater fan have stopped working on my megane the other day (Megane Sport Tourer 2006 1.5dci 106hp).
Luckily I have managed to get it working by cleaning the connections on the relays. I have created a slideshow to show how to get to the relays or the fan itself in case you need to replace it.
