Renault clio dynamique 09 plate no heaters inside blowers not working

Hi all,

The blowers inside my car have stopped working have no heat and it's freezing I can cope but little lad can't.

Please help and in easy to understand lingo as I'm not okay with car speak where do I find the fuse? Am assuming that's where I start?? Look forward to your responses and help thanks
