2014 Clio Tailgate / Bumper

I have a 2014 Clio 1.5dCi, which I have had for 8 months. I have had an issue with the tailgate rubbing on the bumper since I had it, which has been rectified by the tailgate and bumper being replaced. But it seems to be happening again! Is anyone else experiencing this problem? It is as though the tailgate has dropped and twisted??:crazy:
